About this deal

Dynamic in performance and yet low on noise, with a 240mm radiator and two CORSAIR ML120 RGB Magnetic Levitation PWM fans controllable at speeds between 400 RPM and 2,400 RPM. Follow us on Facebook, Twitterand Instagram to keep up with the latest technology news, reviews and more. Ultra-bright CAPELLIX LEDs illuminate your system in cool color, orchestrated by an included CORSAIR iCUE COMMANDER CORE controller on up to six fans. Overall performance is great, it isn't class-leading across the board, but it is respectable on both our Intel and AMD test benches.

The results to follow tell the story of an efficient, low-noise cooler that barely ramps up the fans under load at the “balanced” preset, and is the most effective cooler tested to date at the “extreme” preset – and without much of a noise penalty. When Corsair invited the KitGuru staff to attend an online showcase of its new products for the second half of 2020, I was hoping that a new innovative AIO cooler would be on display, even though the company launched the RGB Pro XT series only a few months previous. The only noticeable difference is the RGB lighting with the Elite Capellix which means the fan blades are an opaque white colour whereas the non-RGB ML140’s used in the RGB Pro XT has fan blades with a grey tint to them. The only slight gripe I have with Corsair AIO coolers, not just Elite Capellix, is the complicated wiring and being forced to use a Corsair RGB/fan controller and iCUE to take advantage of all the features. The controller can accommodate the connection of up to six Corsair RGB components with six PWM fan connections and temperature monitoring available.Easy to Install: Modular, tool-free mounting bracket for quick and painless installation on all modern Intel and AMD sockets. Both of them are 280mm liquid CPU coolers that use a copper cold plate, a low-noise pump, and two 140mm fans to cool down your CPU. Extreme CPU Cooling: Incredible cooling fan performance controllable via PWM, from 400 to 2,400 RPM while in operation. TAKE CONTROL OF YOUR FANSHarness the power of iCUE with the included iCUE Commander CORE to control the fan speed and RGB lighting for the included ML RGB fans, with the potential to control additional CORSAIR RGB fans, up to a total of six. Corsair does however have an ace up its sleeve in the form of ultra-bright and space-saving Capellix LEDs.

New: A brand-new, unused, unopened and undamaged item in original retail packaging (where packaging . With this reduction in fan speed and noise, we would expect thermal performance to be negatively affected, it wasn’t, in fact, the H115i Elite Capellix is the best Corsair AIO when it comes to thermal performance that we have tested, even though Corsair claims that there hasn’t been any changes to the pump, CPU block or radiators since the previous generation. The CORSAIR iCUE H115i ELITE CAPELLIX Liquid CPU Cooler delivers powerful, low-noise cooling for your CPU, with a 280mm radiator and two CORSAIR ML140 RGB Magnetic Levitation PWM fans controllable between 400 RPM and 2,000 RPM.Due to the high maximum RPM of the Corsair ML series fans, any cooler equipped with either the 120 mm or 140 mm versions of these fans naturally yield high raw thermal performance results on our test bench.
